Alpha
Coder.

A code generation model trained to produce correct, idiomatic output across multiple programming languages. Built for developer workflows where quality and testability matter more than raw speed.

Capabilities

What Alpha Coder does.

01

Code generation

Produces correct, idiomatic code from natural language descriptions, inline comments, and partial implementations across multiple languages.

02

Intelligent debugging

Identifies the root cause of errors and suggests targeted fixes, with explanations referenced to the specific lines involved.

03

Test generation

Writes unit and integration tests for existing code, covering edge cases and failure modes that manual test writing tends to miss.

04

Code review

Reviews pull requests and code changes for correctness, security issues, and maintainability, with specific, actionable comments.

05

Multi-language support

Trained across a broad range of programming languages including Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, and SQL.

06

API integration

Accessible via a RESTful API, making it straightforward to embed in existing development tooling, CI pipelines, or internal platforms.

How Alpha Coder is built

Alpha Coder is trained on a curated corpus of permissively licensed code and paired natural language, with evaluation measured on functional correctness rather than surface similarity. Training runs inside Navitra's own compute infrastructure; no code submitted to the model is used to update weights.

For organisations that require a model trained on their own codebase and internal conventions, we offer a custom fine-tune. The resulting weights are owned by the client and deployed inside their own infrastructure. See our data and model ownership statement.

Our position on oversight and evaluation is set out in our responsible AI statement.

Model details

Full architecture details, training token count, evaluation results, and licence terms are published on the HuggingFace model card.
