Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, layouts, code, and data — is owned by or licensed to Navitra Technologies Ltd. All rights are reserved.
The name "Navitra Technologies", "NavitraTech", and any logo or mark associated with them are the intellectual property of Navitra Technologies Ltd. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use them.
You may quote short extracts from this site for the purposes of commentary, criticism, or news reporting, provided that you clearly identify the source as navitratech.com and do not alter the quoted text.
You must not republish, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of this site's content on another platform or publication without our prior written consent. No reliance
The content on this site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice. You should not rely on it as the basis for any decision without first taking appropriate professional advice.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a representation, or a warranty. General descriptions of services or capabilities are indicative only and do not form part of any contract.
Where Navitra Technologies provides services to a client, the rights and obligations of both parties are governed exclusively by the written contract signed between them, which supersedes anything stated on this website.
AI products and outputs
Navitra Technologies develops AI systems. The following apply to all descriptions of AI capabilities on this site and to outputs produced by any AI system developed by Navitra Technologies.
- Not professional advice: AI outputs are not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice. No output from an AI system developed by Navitra should be acted upon without independent professional verification where the subject matter requires it.
- No warranty of accuracy: AI systems produce plausible output that may be factually incorrect. Navitra makes no representation or warranty that outputs from its AI systems are accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
- Descriptions are not specifications: descriptions of AI capabilities on this site indicate general capability. They are not technical specifications or performance warranties. Actual performance depends on the training data, task, and deployment environment for each engagement.
- No regulated decisions without human oversight: no AI system developed by Navitra should be used as the sole basis for a regulated decision — including credit assessments, employment decisions, healthcare prioritisation, or any other decision governed by sector-specific regulation — without the human oversight steps described in Navitra's Responsible AI statement.
- Engagement contracts govern: where Navitra has been engaged to build, deploy, or operate an AI system, all warranties, performance criteria, liability allocation, and IP ownership are governed exclusively by the written engagement contract signed between the parties. Nothing on this website supplements, modifies, or creates obligations in addition to that contract.
Site availability
We aim to keep this site available but we give no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the site at any time without notice — for example for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the site being unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites, we have not reviewed all of their content, and we do not endorse them. A link from this site does not mean we approve of the linked content, the organisation behind it, or any product or service it describes.
Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any site we link to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may be implied by statute, common law, or otherwise in relation to the content of this site.
- We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.
- We will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs produced by any system described on this site, including losses arising from inaccuracy, incompleteness, or unsuitability of such outputs for any purpose.
These terms govern use of this website only. Liability in respect of paid engagements and contracted services is governed by the applicable engagement contract.
Governing law and jurisdiction
