Navitra pre-trains its own language models from scratch and builds the AI agents that run on them. We are not advertising roles right now, but we welcome general applications from people who want to work on model training, agents and evaluation.

What we look for
- Hands-on experience training or evaluating neural networks, ideally transformers
- Comfort with Python and a deep-learning framework such as PyTorch, JAX or MLX
- Honesty about what a model can and cannot do, backed by measurement
- Security awareness: our clients are banks, lenders and regulated firms
