An agent that reads the file, so underwriters can
weigh the case.
Mortgage applications arrive as a pile of documents in inconsistent formats. Assembling them into something reviewable is slow, repetitive work that happens before any judgement is applied. That is the part we automate.
Five steps from file to decision-ready.
Document analysis
Payslips, bank statements, identity documents, valuations and correspondence arrive in every format a borrower can produce. They come back as structured, checked data.
Completeness review
What is missing from a file is established before it reaches an underwriter, rather than three days into the assessment.
Consistency checks
Figures that disagree across documents are surfaced and pointed back at the pages they came from.
Criteria alignment
A case is set against the lender's own written policy, with anything outside it flagged for a human to weigh.
Case summary
An underwriter opens a file and sees the position, with every figure traceable to the document and page it was read from.
Available on an individual and organisational basis.
Individual
For independent mortgage brokers and individual underwriters who want to process application files faster without waiting for a firm-wide deployment.
- ✓ Single-user access
- ✓ Runs on your own device or cloud account
- ✓ No data shared with third parties
Organisation
For lenders, banks, and brokerages deploying the agent across an underwriting team or integrating it into an existing origination platform.
- ✓ Multi-user deployment
- ✓ Trained on your own policy and data
- ✓ Model weights owned by your organisation
The agent prepares the case. The underwriter decides it.
This is the line the product is built around, not a caveat added to it. The agent does not approve, decline or price a mortgage, and it does not score an applicant. It reads the file, checks it, and puts the position in front of a qualified underwriter with the evidence attached.
That boundary is what makes the rest defensible:
- Every extracted figure carries a reference back to the source document and page, so a reviewer can verify rather than trust.
- Anything the agent is not confident about is raised rather than resolved quietly.
- A case falling outside written policy is flagged for a person to weigh, never auto-declined.
- Actions and outputs are logged so an individual case can be reconstructed afterwards for audit or complaint.
Our wider position on oversight, evaluation and known limitations is set out in our responsible AI statement.
How it is deployed
The agent runs inside the lender's own infrastructure. Application files and borrower documents do not pass through a third-party API, and models trained during the engagement belong to the lender. See our data and model ownership statement.
